Kate Weber, native to Richmond Heights, Ohio, developed a passion for journalism as early as high school. Although Kate went to the University of Pittsburgh to pursue a degree in medicine: journalism (this time the business side) was what she pursued post college. Always seeking new adventure, Kate drove to Boulder, Colorado and after a brief stint at the local mall, landed her dream job with the Boulder Daily Camera. Over the following 16 years, Kate led several sales teams, product innovations and new business ventures finding success where others had not. In 2011, Kate was recruited back east to work with the Erie Times-News and goerie.com. Then in 2013, took an opportunity to work in suburban Chicago as a publisher. Fast forward to present day and Kate now is back to where it all began….Cleveland. Kate is married with three children (one a freshman at Kent State), two dogs and a cat. An avid runner, Kate is training for her second marathon.
